The Office Manager is appointed by the President of Deep Springs and is directly responsible to the President and Chief Financial Officer. In keeping with the educational goals of the College, both his/her work with the students and for the president and CFO are important. The Office Manager position comprises a wide variety of tasks. His/her most important virtue is being able to respond efficiently and productively to the changing needs of each day. The Office Manager is responsible for efficiently managing administrative tasks, as well as training and overseeing a student laborer who assists in completing those tasks.
