Parties File Proposed Judgments on Trust Modification

The Inyo County Judge asked each party to submit a draft of a proposed judicial decision this week. Each party has two weeks to submit a final comment on each other’s filing. After that, we wait for the judge’s decision, which may not be issued until sometime in November.
