In an attempt to make things easier for applicants, the Application Committee has provided a PDF application. Download, print, and fill in. Attach essays and other required information.

The application will be available in PDF format, which requires the Acrobat Reader application to view. You can download the Reader from Adobe’s website.

First round applications should be postmarked by November 15. Preference will be given to applications postmarked by the deadline.

Applicants will be informed by ApCom by the second week in December if they are invited to complete part two of the application.

There is no application fee.
